Responsibilities
Duties of the Office Coordinators
· Communicating with customers and responding to their inquiries.
· To update the inventory and database information properly.
· To disseminate information and receive information of the company.
· To perform office paper works like copying, scanning and so on.
· To take care of billings, invoices and other related activities.
· To maintain the proper filing system for documents.
· To plan meetings and to prepare the appointment schedules.
· To respond to the phones, mails and other related means.
· To prepare memos and to do other correspondence activities.
