understanding of Business Communication and to get them motivated for acquiring
conceptual knowledge and practical application of the subject.

Q1. Identify the basic elements of the communication by reading the
following situation and answer the questions. (5)
A manager talking to one of his employees,
"Well, you've made another mistake. I have repeatedly given you
instructions on how to do this job. Can't you get it through your head?"
The employee, with a shrug of his shoulders, turned and left the room.
Answer the

Ans. A question was asked by the manager
about the employee’s inability to understand the job and expressing his
dissatisfaction. ("Well,
you've made another mistake. I have repeatedly given you instructions on how to
do this job. Can't you get it through your head?")
5.
Who is the receiver?
Ans. Employee
is the receiver of the message.

side. She is giving final verdict about something.
