In February 2013, Emirates will commence a daily service from Warsaw to Dubai.
The Position:
Based at Warsaw International Airport, you will project the Emirates? image at all times by being fully conversant with Emirates ticketing and fares procedures and the full range of Emirates products and services to maintain high standards of Emirates Customer Service to all passengers at all times. You will handle denied boarding situations including implementation of 'Options' scheme and EU Compensation procedures to retain customer confidence and loyalty and issue tickets, MCOs, excess baggage tickets and PTAs to passengers on departure. You will make/amend reservations as and when necessary and re-issue tickets and recalculate fares for passengers' changing itinerary, making any additional collections as required. You will responsible for completing daily ticket sales returns and ensuring monies are banked. You will handle rebooking of flights, accommodation and issue FIMs in the event of disruptions for Emirates and other airlines and undertake other administrative functions and duties as directed by the Airport Services Manager, Airport Services Officer and other members of the station management group and assist other Airport Services team members as required.
Experience and Qualifications:
With a good secondary level of education and proficiency in Geography and Mathematics, you will have significant Sales/Ticketing and/or Reservations experience and skills (preferably with some airport experience). You will have completed courses in and have good knowledge of Reservations, Fares and Ticketing systems, including knowledge of market and industry practices. You will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure. You will be fluent in both spoken and written English and Polish.
